Course Description

Develop a practice to let your imagery take on a more personal, vibrant direction. We’ll study some of the interesting details that make up the island’s classic style of living. Abstraction needs somewhere to start! A simple view of harbor can become the playground for experimentation. A maritime table set for a meal can be a stepping stone for investigation and editing.

Take your photos, your ideas and collaborate with others as we change up the perspective of what it is that inspires us.
Bring photos, sketch books and perhaps some essays or poetry. That’s a good start.

For questions or assistance please contact Elizabeth Buccino, Director of Education*

Cancellation Policy

AAN depends upon student tuition to continue to offer classes and workshops. Due to our commitment to small class sizes and the hands-on nature of art education, we are greatly impacted by cancellations. Nevertheless, we do understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation for a class or workshop, please note our cancellation/refund policy here and let us know as soon as possible.
