Course Description

Don’t cut apart that book! Don’t tear the pages! Have you ever heard someone say those things? In this class we are throwing all that out the window and ‘breaking the rules’!
In this class, we will use scraps of paper and turn them into works of art. Let your creativity run wild as you draw, paint, fold, stamp and whatever you can think of. If you like any type of art – collage, scrapbooking, stamping or mixed media – then you will love this class. The possibilities are endless for what your collage art can become.

Scholarships are available for Island youth, helping make a summer filled with creativity, exploration, and hands-on art experiences accessible to all. To request financial assistance, please email Elizabeth Buccino, Director of Education, at lizb@nantucketarts.org prior to registering online.

We look forward to welcoming you to the studio!

Cancellation Policy

AAN depends upon student tuition to continue to offer classes and workshops. Due to our commitment to small class sizes and the hands-on nature of art education, we are greatly impacted by cancellations. Nevertheless, we do understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation for a class or workshop, please note our cancellation/refund policy here and let us know as soon as possible.
