Course Description

Students are encouraged to bring works in progress or new ideas. The class will work with layering and building the surface of a painting with glazes, cold wax, pastel, oil stick and collage. Sherre will demonstrate her process using a variety of materials, methods and techniques. Experimentation and imagination are highly encouraged. It is ideal that students have some experience with making 2D visual artwork, but it is not essential. Please bring to class an idea, a goal and some materials.

Cancellation Policy

AAN depends upon student tuition to continue to offer classes and workshops. If you need to cancel your reservation for a class or workshop, please note our cancellation/refund policy here and let us know as soon as possible.
