I was born in the Ukraine and came to NYC in 1950.I graduated from Hunter College and received a B.A and M.A. degree in Fine Arts.After graduation ,I taught art in NYC high schools for 30 years . Retiring from teaching I relocated to Nantucket in 1996 and joined the AAN as a member till present.During the years in the association I exhibited on a regular basis mostly watercolors but I also qualified to exhibit oils.I won the Robert Perrin Watercolor Award two times and had a solo exhibit at the AAN Gallery.My work is in the Permanent collection in The Ukrainian Museum in NYC and also in the Permanent Collection of the AAN.
