I began creating Sailor’s Valentines and seashell bouquets during the summer of 2019 in Nantucket, MA, at the instruction of well-known expert and artist Sandi Blanda. I was fascinated by the art and quickly found the work to be incredibly therapeutic and meditative. As a result, I started my online shop Sea Petal Boutique, which donates a portion of sales to benefit Lyme Disease research. Whenever I find myself near the ocean, I enjoy collecting overlooked seashells and using them to create unique pieces of natural beauty.
