Christie Scheele

Christie Scheele received her BFA at Alfred University, during which time she was awarded a fellowship at the Royal Academy of Fine Art at San Fernando and studied at the University Complutense of Madrid. Her mediative atmospheric landscapes are a confluence of all the places where she has lived and travelled, and currently most inspired by the Northeastern coastlines, rivers, and mountains. Scheele exhibits nationally, and has been included by such notable collections as the Queens Museum of Art, the Dorsky Museum, The Tyler Museum of Art, American Airlines, and Waterford Crystal. Scheele is currently represented by Gold Gallery in Boston, and Danette Koke Fine Art in New York City, and other fine arts galleries in New York and Massachusetts.
