Bill works full-time on Nantucket as a Freelance Photographer, specializing in Event Photography, Portraiture, and Documentary work. However, his deepest passion lies in his connection to Nature, Landscape, and AstroPhotography.
Bill’s award-winning photography has been featured in numerous local, national, and international publications, including a special edition cover on Time Magazine. His work has also appeared on several television networks such as CBS, ESPN, The Weather Channel, HBO, Netflix and in the blockbuster movie Patriot’s Day.
In addition to freelance work, Bill is a photojournalist, collaborating with the team at ACK 97.7-FM, Daybreak Nantucket, and Nantucket About Town to deliver weekly content showcasing Nantucket life. This includes coverage of local news, arts, and cultural events.
Locally, Bill is proud to be an artist member of the Artist’s Association of Nantucket, where he was awarded Photographer of the Year in 2024, and in 2025 the Nantucket Chamber of Commerce named Bill Tourist Advocate of the Year. Bill is also a member of the Sustainable Nantucket Farmers and Artisans Market where you can find him every Saturday throughout the summer, selling his matted and framed fine art prints.
