Loring Sawyer Hayden, 85, Bradenton, died Aug. 2, 2006. He was born May 7, 1921, in Milford, N.H., and came to Bradenton in 1982 from Nantucket, Mass. He was an artist. He attended Choate Academy in Connecticut and Yale University. He was a language specialist in the Signal Service Battalion of the Army during World War II.
