Owen grew up in Vermont and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design. Her acrylic still life studies and landscapes have been featured in galleries and museums throughout the Eastern Seaboard, which included a long run of solo exhibitions at The Main Street Gallery. “Air is the key,” says Owen. “I want to feel that if I were to enter my landscapes I would be able to breathe there.”
