Special Events

The Artists Association of Nantucket offers a wide variety of special events throughout the year from free outdoor art shows and live art auctions to elegant benefit dinners.   Join us in early April for the Spring Sweep Preview Party and Silent Auction Fundraiser.  Memorial Day Weekend AAN hosts the first of two Sidewalk Art Shows in the garden of the Nantucket Atheneum. July ushers in the Annual Benefit Art Auction & Gala, which returns this year to the home of Joyce and Seward Johnson.  August marks the second Sidewalk Art Show and later in the month, stay tuned for the third annual Croquet Tournament & Brunch at the Westmoor Club.  Over Columbus Day Weekend a.k.a. Wet Paint Weekend, join us for the popular Wet Paint Auction, a live auction open to the public featuring fifty pieces of art.  After the auction, the fun continues at the Wet Paint Benefit Dinner.
