Melendy, Barbara

A Nantucket student of master watercolorist Edgar W. Jenny since age eight, Melendy was the gallery “hostess” for the Kenneth Taylor Gallieries for the 1955 summer season. A graduate of Yale University, she lived and worked in New York City before permanently moving to the island. She has long lived at 25 Milk Street.
