Kimball, Charlotte Stuart

One of several Baltimore artists attracted to Natucket, Kimball started frequenting the island in 1940. She was an original member of the ‘45 Group as well as the ANN; a force in the modernist movement here. Kimball served on the AAN Executive Committee from 1951 to 1953. Her studio was always a center for arts activity.
